Our prices are listed per night for the entire villa and sauna, not per person.
Yes. The security deposit is proportional to the total price and is required to confirm the booking.
Yes. The minimum stay is two nights.
Cancellation is free of charge if it is made 30 days prior check-in. Cancellation or modification request shall be sent to info@toqee.fi.
Your original booking price is for four people. The extra cost is 35 euros/night/guest.
During the stay
No. Bringing pets or animals to the property or inside the houses is not allowed.
Yes. The Villa is located only 10 minutes from Heinola town and 30 minutes from Lahti city. Please ask us for recommendations.
The Internet connectivity is provided through a cellular access point (4G), and distributed via Wi-Fi.
Yes, the downstairs bathroom is equipped with a laundry machine. Drying racks are also at your disposal.
No. The villa and the surroundings are not wheelchair accessible.
Fishing is allowed for anybody. More information at finland.fishing.fi.
Arrival and departure
Final cleaning is included in the rent. Prior to check-out the dishwasher shall be filled and ensure not to leave any perishable food in the villa. The check-out time is at 14:00.
We try to accommodate requests for early check-ins or late check-outs depending on current occupancy.
